With a schedule that’s full beyond the next 2 years, we have consecutive opportunities available to grow our team of individuals and qualified subcontractors.

The majority of our work is located in the Sugarloaf / Carrabassett Valley, Maine region. Additional work sites are typically located within a 30-mile radius of Waterville, Maine.

Individuals and crews must emphasize attention to detail, and present themselves professionally. Applicants must have reliable transportation and the tools required for their trades.

We require that our subcontractors carry general liability insurance and always have proof available when on job sites. Interested parties can submit their credentials below.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

  • The ideal Apprentice candidate has three years of experience in the field and a working knowledge of the basics of carpentry.

  • The ideal Finish Carpenter candidate has several years of experience performing all aspects of meticulous finish work including—but not limited to—trim and moulding, custom cabinets and shelving, and stairs and railing systems. Must have great attention to detail.

  • The ideal Framing Carpenter candidate is experienced and well-versed in all aspects of residential framing.

  • The ideal General Laborer candidate does not necessarily need to be experienced, but must be dependable and motivated, with safe work habits.

  • The ideal Lead Carpenter candidate has more than eight years of experience and is well-versed in all aspects of residential carpentry, from frame to finish.

SUBCONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITIES
